HY-170 is the latest developed organoclay through organic amine remolded montmorillonite, with properties
of easy dispersion.self-activation.lt is a kind of rheological additive used in paints,ink which is made of aromatic hydrocarbon,lipid,ketone and other middle to high polarity solvents.lt is applied in low to middle polarity and part of high polarity system,disperse by speed shearing,with excellent anti-sediment and better levelling property.

Use method
HY-170 don’t need to make pre-gel.It can be directly added during any period of the preparation process of coating and ink.Compared with ordinary products,it has better efficiency and the dosage is less.
The amount of HY-170 is usually 0.2-2.0% of the system(by weight)
